A GP at any hour
You no longer have to wait weeks for an appointment with your local practice. As a member you can reach a UK-registered GP on demand, usually within one minute, at any time of the day or night.
The service works wherever you are in the world, so you can use it at home, at work or while you travel. Consultations are unlimited and there is no time limit on each one: you can speak to a clinician for as long as you need.
It is there to bridge the gap with the NHS, giving you immediate and convenient care when you need it.
Choose how you consult
You reach the GP through the member app, which also gives you and your family access to mental health support. Pick the kind of appointment that suits you:
- Live chat and text. Put your question in writing and talk it through with a doctor. GP texting is new for 2026.
- Video. See the doctor face to face on a video call.
- Phone. Talk to the doctor by phone if you would rather not be on camera.
The service has multilingual doctors, and they are there for you at home or abroad.
Prescriptions and referrals
A GP can prescribe medication during your consultation, and your prescription can be delivered to your home or to your work.
If you need further care, the GP can start a referral for you.
Every doctor on the service is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Who is covered
Your membership covers you, your partner and your children. Everyone in the family gets the same unlimited consultations.
You can extend the GP service to your employees as well. Each member of staff costs £49 a year, and staff cover is only available to members.
More health services in the same membership
The GP sits alongside a set of health services you can use from home, on your phone, tablet or laptop:
- Online eye screening and virtual physio. Test your eye health in under seven minutes with the online eye screening test.
- Digital gym. Live and on-demand fitness classes from a weekly timetable, including Energy Shift Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Flexibility, Family Fit and Active Agers.
- Wellbeing studio. Weekly health and wellbeing webinars, e-learning modules and downloadable guides, refreshed every month.
- Menopause support. Information on perimenopause and menopause from the Online Menopause Centre, with podcasts, videos, guidance for work and a free 15-minute discovery call with a specialist.
